Penfold Towers is an anthology of stories about a tower block in London. The idea is that each story is set on one day and all the stories are about characters that live in the many apartments housed within the high rise building. The tales are all very different, some are about class issues, dating, affairs or politics, some are horror, and some are sweet and funny. Each story is an enjoyable read, and each one is individual, but they all follow the basic theme and it gives the reader a continuity that is satisfying. Well worth a look.
