This author knows cruising. She has researched this extensively. The sweet romantic elements are very clear, the bad guys are brushed over, not so well rounded, nor given enough depth, but it all works out and the book is a good read. However this is not a murder mystery it is just a mystery. The story runs along nicely, with main characters that develop as the narrative heads towards its conclusion. It is indeed cozy, just maybe a little too cozy.
