A crime novel with a bit of a supernatural feel. A real page turner. The story is gripping and the characters realistic and relatable. The pace of the narrative is perfect and the writing is excellent. This is a book about London, crafted with knowledge and love. It is not the usual fare for this genre, it adds mystery inside mystery and hides things in the shadows well enough to keep you guessing. A great book, a great author and a very good read.
